Phyllis's Web Journal

My name is Phyllis thanks for coming by my journal! I am from the dairy state, WI. I have been a born again christian since I was just a small child. I used to ride my bike down the street and sing songs I leaned in Sunday School, and tell the neighborhood kids if they didn't go to Sunday School, they were going to go to Hell.. I received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues when I was 11 years of age at Bible camp. Jesus is the same,yesterday, today and forever, just like he was in the Bible days...I believe in miracles, and in healing..I have been healed many times, and also from an incurable disease which there was no medication for it was so rare. I have been healed in the last year from something the Dr. diagnosed me with, and confirmed by my doctor, I am totally healed.. And I know it will not come back. And God is the God of now.. I can never praise and thank him enough for what he has done for me. He is my everything, he is my all, he is my everything both great and small, he gave his life for me, he made everything new, he is my everything, now how about you??????????? And I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.......

In the beginning it was God who created Heavens and Earth.

(Read Genesis chapters 1and 2).

He made the mountains, carved the Canyons, created the stars, moon and Sun.

He made beautiful, colorful flowers, pants and trees that adorned the land, fishes of all sizes that enriched the ocean.

He created it all with love.

Then the the birds to adorn the skies.

Our Abba Father was a Master Designer.

Each of His creations reflected His beauty and He looked at each of His creation and said that.

."it was good."

He appreciated His own work!!

Finally He created man and woman in His Image.

We are His workmanship.

Ephesians 2:10

10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

God appreciated the beauty of His handiwork.

When we see the beauty of His creation around us, let's take time to appreciate it's beauty and praise it's creator, Our Lord!!

Let's also take time to gaze at our Lord's beauty as we seek His face.

Psalm 27:4 says..

One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

It's the Shadow of God on the universe....'

Have you stopped by from yr busy schedule to look around at the beauty of God's creation??

Sometimes we get so caught with all our work and running around, that we fail to enjoy the beauty around us.

Today..can we pause a while, to see a child smile, a butterfly flutter, leaves sway in the breeze, the beauty of the flowers and enjoy it's fragrance, watch the sunrise or sunset, listen to the birds sing..or notice just any of God's beautiful creation around you that catches your attention.
